for a long time, I hear the real story is that the land owner of Bonsai, The beach market so on is not renewing the lease, but this also effect the seafarers Picadilly restaurant, and the small bussiness operators on the beach (the boats,snorkling,glass bottom boat).
The story is the owner has gone into partneship with Jakarta and Korean bussiness men to build a hotel completx.
