Thought it sounded too good to be true

Was going to book the new hotel in Seminyak Centra Taum duplex room with our pool $1,343.00 for 10 days, wanted to call the hotel to clarify a couple of things as the booking agency did not know. Got the number from International Directories and when I tried calling a few times I got a message saying that the number was not yet connected !

So having a look at Breezes, any recommendations on this hotel would be good.
