I also re-confirmed the booking and arrival details.As I said previously the owners were really upset about our arrival.The house staff were lovely and I made sure they were left with gifts for themselves and their families.
THe location was great for us as well.I was asked by another forumite why i was disappointed and have replied.Villa Surati is a lovely place,We just had a badstart to a holiday which we had booked and looked forward to for many months.
