at Bintang supermarket in Seminyak & also the smaller convenience stores. It is very cheap - around RP 9,000 for a pack of 5.
My little girl loves Yakult & drinks 1 or 2 every day when we're in Bali. Not sure if it's coincidence or just sheer luck, but she has never been affected by an upset tummy at all in 4 trips.

Watch your intake of fresh fruit juice (sweetened with sugar syrup) and fried foods - we were advised by a doctor we called out for my stepdaughter that this was the likely cause of her diaorhhea. She was drinking several glasses of juice each day & eating a lot of fried noodles etc. Apparently the type of oil used in Bali (I think Coconut oil) can cause digestive problems for tourists as we are not used to it.
