it was AFTER the Air Paradise incident that I implemented the Indemnity Agreement prior to ticket sales.

My position was at that time based on assurances given to my - and to my wholesaler partners - that the airline's finances were perfectly sound. Do you honestly believe that I (or anybody else for that matter) would have deliberately placed their agency's finds in a compromising position? One will never know the reality, but I believe that "Pak Kadek" may have run the airline on a "rob Peter to pay Paul" basis; if one of his other enterprises needed funds and the airline had a surplus at the time, then it went towards expenses outside the airline's operations. Certainly nobody had predicted that Bali would once more suffer terrorist bomb attacks. If this had not occurred with the obvious impact on the airline's finances, who knows what the future of Air Paradise would have been. At all times I operated my agency in a totally-professional and ethical manner. My clients who were affected by the Air Paradise collapse would surely bear testimony to the level of support I provided to them at that time.
