Surprised about Ratatouille - we had brilliant meals there. We ate there the first 2 nights in a row (I ordered the same meal it was soooo good) and a total of 3 nights in our week long stay.
I hope you have better luck replicating the recipes from BS cooking school. Ours just weren't the same! Of course it's not the same atmosphere as being in an open air kitchen in Bali and we perhaps should have spent a whole lot more time watching the cooking than talking to BR!! The cooking school including the market visit & class itself were brilliant however and well worth the money and trip to Sanur.
