If you booked your tickets online with a creditcard contact your bank. I rang mine early this morning and they are refunding my ticket prices as it is classed as goods paid for and not received. We were going in September and have now rebooked with Virgin, my friend booked with a Westpac c/c and was been told 45 days wait and then not guaranteed a refund, typical of one of the big banks, good luck..
