There is no justification for obnoxious behaviour, anywhere.
Having said that, Australians now make up the majority of the tourist arrivals to Bali (over three times more than any other nationality), so of course, there will be a higher percentage of yobbos.
And... while the Balinese continue to milk the tourists for every cent they can get, nothing will be done to stop it.
