The flights include airport taxes etc. Just need top pay the entrance Visa in Bali ($25 US) and then you pay extra for luggage on the plane (depending how uch luggage you want to take), meals, and a small fee to select your seat if you want to pick it. The meals are really cheap (i think $5 or less). I cant remember how much the luggage is. I think around $15.
