I had the same problem 3 times this morning - even tried different credit cards. I finally rang their Customer Service Dept and they suggested just booking flights only. Purchase the extras, luggage food etc after you have booked and paid for flights. I'm now waiting in the queue again - hopefully 4th time lucky.
