there is a barong dance every morning in gianyar.
professional set up in an undercover amphitheater.
from memory it starts at 10am and cost between rp50-80,000.
you get a handout which explains the different scenes of the dance which is helpful (and interesting)
any driver should know where it is as it is popular and they should also know the exact start time.
