Just returned from the cooking school and it was excellent. Visit to the Sanur market was good. A very clean and well organized place. Back at SBV it was breakfast and then the preparation and cooking began very well led by Dewi. There were 7 in the class which was a very good number. Six dishes were prepared and all were delicious.I would highly recommend this class. Notes of our culinary delights were supplied. As we left I finally met Ron and saw for myself the ' big red esky'. Might go back tomorrow and have a look at the hotel because I have decided that future visits to Bali must include more time in Sanur.
Staying at Gardenia Guesthouse which is very peaceful except for the rooster nearby who believes he should start crowing at 4am!!!
Spent 5 days at Adi Dharma Cottages before coming here. I always stay there and never have any problems.
The worst thing about Kuta is the traffic grid. It took 90 mins to get from the airport to the cottages last Wednesday. So this time I did a lot of walking which is good anyway.
That's enough.
Another great Bali holiday is coming to a close.
Will have to start saving for the next one.
