in Indonesia. The nearest equivalent to British/Australian concept of freehold is called hak milik and ONLY an Indonesian citizen can hold that. An Indonesian company can not hold it, only a real person.
Anyone who tries to tell you that freehold (hak milik) can be sold to a foreigner is lying.
