You are giving yourself 1hour 45 minutes to get off the plane, clear customs, clear immigration, transfer to domestic, remembering that you need to check in 30 mins before flight. This leaves 1 hour and 15 minutes. IMO, I think you are cutting it too fine, especially if your international flight is delayed or late by lets say 30 mins. Takes at least 10 - 15 mins to get off plane and walk to immigration. Can wait 45 mins for baggage and clearing customs.
Can transfer to domestic:
at customs/quarantine, turn left to qantas checkin, shuttle maybe approx $5 fee.
via short taxi drive.
or underground train.
