Plenty of ladies do it at the beach right accross from Hard Rock. From memory we paid 10k per braid in April 2011. I have no idea if that is cheap. We didnt get many braids done so it didnt really matter.
Only problem is that they started braiding 1 of my sons hair and then demanded money. Just make sure you agree on price and how many before they touch your hair.
