swastika delux rooms - worth extra $$ ??

Has anyone stayed in the Swastika "Delux" Rooms

They are not listed on any website ( Std Fan & Std A/C only ) but apparently are available for an extra $35AUD per night & I am interested in anyones opinion of whether the extra $$$ are worth it.
