BIMC care.
What bothered me the most was
1. their inability to take an accurate medical history
2. their inability to be aware of a patient who had suffered a brain trauma, after being unconscious.
3. their inability to diagnose a bone fracture, albeit a difficult one.
4, their unwillingness to LISTEN to what the patient was telling them.
4. A doctor at changeover, who knew virtually NOTHING of the patient they were responsible for.
5. a nurse/trainee wearing 'sterile' gloves, treating an open wound, coming out into the reception area, handling LOTS of things, rubbing the 'sterile' gloves all over her face, then going straight back to the patient to continue treating the open wound.
Enough said.
I think the staff are lovely, I think they probably try their best, but....
