If you are a keen golfer like my hubby, you may life to join the new "Raffles Golf". They play at the new Kuta course but also play other courses on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. 50,000Rp to join, gives you a shirt and cap then 10,000Rp per year. Big advantage is huge discounts on playing (eg. $60 Aus instead of $180). You can google it for more info
