Yes it is in Sahadewa (Garlic Lane). We have stayed there for our last 2 trips and will be back there in 4 weeks (excited!).
As OP said, it is a basic hotel..no safe in room - safe deposit box at reception, no phone in room, basic but adequate breakfast. But the location is excellent (for us) & the staff are great. They have one pool near reception, but are building another further back in the grounds as well as some new rooms. The Deluxe rooms we usually stay in are quite big & clean (for Bali).
