You can have a shower at Changi see attached link, about the Crab I dont know but there are a lot of places to eat, so you wouldnt leave hungry.
However keep in mind that 3 hours seems to be a long time but gates normally open 1 1/2 hour before departure, so you have 1 1/2 hour to eat and to shower and that will mean hurry up! (in your holiday?)
