My research tells me that it is about a 35min walk but I have not done it yet.
Walking on Lembongan was a great adventure and lots of fun because it was so different to anything I have done before.
There is also an option of taking a small boat.
You could walk to Mushroom Bay, chill out, have a snack, walk around to Dream Beach - use the Dream Beach Day huts pool (they offer a day rate) - then walk over to sunset Beach to the Sandy Beach Cafe and have dinner. We got there at 5pm to take in the awesome views. However they do not start the BBQ until 6 so we had dessert first with a few cocktails. It was awesome!
Dream Beach is not far from the Sandy Beach Cafe who do offer free transport.
Our hotel manager hired a truck for us so we could do a private island tour of our own. I can't remember how much we paid though.
