We had my mate's 40th in Bali last August and had it at Seaside restaurant on the beach in Legian. Booked ahead for a table upstairs and had the place almost to ourselves up there. No band, but once the only other table cleared out, we had them turn off the movie (they have a big screen up there) and they put CDs on for us to listen to. Had a great night there and I'm thinking it could be the go for my 40th later this year.
