Look up their number in your capital city and have a chat to them about it. If it was strict, I doubt you'd have been able to complete the purchase without your name on the traveling party details.
I just booked our accommodation via Garuda Orient Holidays website (Bali on any Budget). Their set up only allows you to book one room at a time, which is silly to begin with. So I booked my room, then went to book the 2nd room and it wouldn't allow me to pay on my card as my name was not one of the registered guests for the room! I had to change one of the names to my own to complete the payment. Then I called them the next working day and had the names ammended with no issue at all.
As far as I can see, if the booking went through, it can't be an issue - but a phone call will sort it out for you.
