Does Aus not have Gastro Pubs?

This sign wouldn't shock me at all as we have Gastro Pubs in the UK - just a term for high end pub grub.

Do you not have these in Australia? (rather i mean do you not use this phrase). TBH, i'd never linked the two phrases until now. lol
