I use the simpati cards all the time. This is why the BTF is so interesting. Most speed read. Only a couple made sense to me. Global roaming in bali the receiver pays. So doing wot they want will cost them. Read the pack that come with your simpati card. It gives the codes. This code + Australia code (61) then full number (including area code) minus the first 0. Mobile just drop the 0.
Because your friends have global roaming you just dial them as if they living/staying in Australia.
Ringing you is +62 then your bali number minus the first zero. They pay for an overseas call. Global roaming is not worth it.
