If your in Perth just dial he number as per normal the Global Roaming will find her in Bali (thats why it's call Global Roaming) there is no cheap prefix in australia, you will get charged as if you are calling her in Perth as per normal , she will pay for the international leg.
That why it's better for her to call you with a simpati Sim from there using the Prefix to a land line here in Aust.
