Haven't stayed in the other 2, but the BGH is one of our favourites. If our budget to Bali could handle it, we'd probably stay there each time. The rooms have gone through a refurbishment and look pretty good. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff are good also. It's in a great location in Kuta, within easy walking distance to Kuta Square & across the road from Waterbom Park & next door to Centro Plaza. They have 3 pools out the back near the beach and a great boardwalk restaurant area. If you don't mind a bit of extra traffic, you'll enjoy this place.
