It could for example be the Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101 with Keyboard Dock 16GB. Screen is 10.1" and weight around 680 grams, probably without the keyboard. No 3G, only Wifi.
Asus Eee have other similar models with both 16 and 32 GB memory, some with keyboard are sold separately. Actually one can buy a separate keyboard as accessory to quite a lot of tablets. Remember to have a look at the charger and check its weight. I suppose I do not have to recommend Dr. Goodle for further information on the tablet.
