Fuel ..... Crying babies and feral toddlers that inconvenience other passengers .... I say if it really bothers people charter your own plane ... Just like I choose to pay extra to fly business class to be away from the bogans.... If they can't afford charter they should stay at home. Simple and everyone happy!
