As you've already been advised go and see a doctor rather than taking advice from a travel forum however I have had two strains of Dengue Fever at different times so I can at least tell you what to expect. For me it started with a shocking headache that was only helped with prescription pain killers. Other joints get sore and you feel very lethargic. I know you are supposed to get a rash but I never did however I had to have 12 hourly blood tests to check my white cell count (I think?).
I also had Hep A which starts out in a similar way but then things go quite pear shaped after about the 3rd day.
There are a bunch of symptoms that are common to many tropical diseases, and that could also be nothing at all - you said you're short of sleep. A blood test will tell you what it is; whether you wait until tomorrow should depend on how bad you're feeling?
I went to Lembongan almost daily for nearly 10 years and I am quite sure I didn't catch anything there.
