at Puri Raja. Loved it and can see why it's hard to get into. It ranges from $80 - $130/n depending on when you go and who you book thru. I know Qantas - 'Hotels' offers it but books out quick.
I also got a good price from the hotel itself the other day - email on their website and extremely quick response time.
2 x pools, nice rooms and grounds. On beachfrontage (only a beach path bet hotel and beach. Good breaky, cooked to order. : )
