If on the Senggigi side of the island, I'd look at the following:
The Puncak - top class exclusive type accommodation with spectacular views
Qunci Hotel complex in Mangsit - they are currently joining the 2 existing properties with a 3rd in the middle, so will extend along the beachfront. Minimalist decor, well trained staff, decent restaurant.
Jeeva Klui in the next bay - also very nice of a similar standard to Qunci
Beach Club - 4 bungalows on the beach in Batu Bolong (10 min walk to Senggigi main strip) small pool, friendly expat bar.
