new restaurant next to Oceans 27

Hi,
We were in Bali in August and noticed a new building going up on the beach side of Discovery Mall, next to Oceans 27 - just wondering if anyone knows if this is a new restaurant and if it is open yet? It looked like there was a pool being built right out the front, very similar to Oceans 27 setup - we're going again next month and are hoping it's already open!
