We found tropical terrace rooms to be an excellent standard of accommodation - and I am very fussy. Bathrooms are particularly luxurious. We booked two of these rooms last year for the teens and my husband and I. Rooms on the other side of road are away from the beach. Personally, I would find this a negative.
