Asking prices for villas long term in the main areas of Legian,Seminyak etc have increased a lot.
Better rates for 12 month (or more) rentals rather than just monthly or 6 months.
Bali Advertiser lists some, but I've found it's better to look once you are in Bali.
Many advertise with signs on poles, in cafes, or on the actual villa/house

Not sure what you are after but for example around the Gang Baik Baik area/Nakula in Seminyak...saw a new 2 bedroom villa with pool just completed..first asking price - 180m per year
New 3 bedroom with pool - 200m per year.
3 bedroom with pool off Nakula - 175m per year.
Also saw 2 in Legian (2 bedroom) in the Bali Advertiser for 120 & 130m year
Older style house off Nakula - 2 storey - 82m per year
Gang Baik Baik - 2 bedroom with pool - subleasing for 6 months - 70m

Other areas further out usually are less per year - depends on location, size, standard, pool, facilities included or not
Often for long term you are also required to pay for electricity, sometimes water & maintenance if things break (or a maintenance fee)....depends what's listed in the contract

There are sites online - just look up long term rentals/lease, but I've found it's better to look in person as they are often not quite what they look like online :)
