I am actually going to stay there in a couple of weeks with my boys. We went and had a look at the hotel at Xmas.
The pool is a reasonable size and off to the side there is a small, shallow pool with one small waterslide.
They do have a kids club but when I had a look there was only 1 boy in there and they appeared to have 3 male carers on. He was playing a playstation but they do list activities t/out the day. I'm not sure that I'll be using the kids club though.
I booked it because it was 1/2 the price of HRH and appeared to have kids activities.
I assume you are looking for a hotel in Kuta/Legian area. The only other one I know of with kids club/water slides is the sister hotel of the Dynasty - Sanur Plaza Paradise Suites on the bypass road near Sanur. Not really walking distance to Sanur though with kids. You would need to take their shuttle or taxi/transport into the main drag/restaurants etc..
There may well be other hotels around with what you want but I can't think of any at the moment : )
