If I see something in a stall, I ask for King Kong size (I got over the term a while ago LOL!) Many stalls have larger size posters at the front. If you are there for a while and frequent the same places many stall holders will be able to get hold of larger sizes for you. I used to be a size 20-22 and always was able to find clothes around Kuta/Legian area. Also had some clothes made (pants) so I could get what I want.
