can be a little noisy. I am staying there in February for 18 days & taking a 3 year old. It is not so noisy to disrupt sleep - it didn't bother my family at any rate the last time we stayed there.
You could always request a room at the back of the resort, that should limit the noise factor.
If you are traveling with children, it is a really terrific place to stay, they have pool side activities, & fun for the kids.
