We figured out the best way for us was to go to registry office here before we went and just have a ceremony in bali.
That way you dont have to deal with all the legal requirments to have your bali marriage recognised here.
So far we have booked a renewal / commitment ceremony at Dynasty hotel for 660 usd plus whatever changes we wanted to make.
for a reception it was too expensive so we have opted to have dinner at one of their restaurants with a set menu for 30AUD per person.
