Yes the path along the beach there is certainly suitable for a pram. I love Sanur, so I think it's worth a visit but that is a personal thing. Once on th path along the beach there are lots of restaurants to choice from. Depending on which end you are at there are markets, stalls etc. t
You can watch the fisherman go out in their boats or net fishing. There are water sport activities held there as well.
If you fancy some shopping, then tootsies fixed price store is at the Northern end, well worth a look. Bonsai cafe is nice and behind the cafe they have an amazing collection of bonsais some of them many years old that are worth a look.
Given the traffic problems at the moment I think it would be 30 to 40 minute trip from Legian. The orchid garden is just North of Sanur as well if you wanted to do that while you were over that side.
