Can't fault Garuda.
Even before the 30 kg allowance came in we've always been over weight coming back and due to being FF (Frequent Flyers Members) we're never paid a cent..........first year (way back when) 4 flying 120 kilos total) so 40 kgs over total but only 10 kilos each - not an issue.....
Service is excellent even when planes delayed and had to be put up over night. And you can't fault the customer service on board.....
Can't fault airline and we always gain FF:)
