I buy mine from the same guy each year - more to give him the business than because I want them. I never supply coins and I pay Rp50K each without any haggling - either silver or gold. I'm sure I could get them cheaper, but that's a price I'm happy to give to him. The 'gold' ones do tend to make the skin a little green on a hot day. I've never had any problem with discolouration with the 'silver' ones.
