1. Can I get a street map of Kuta/Legian (showing restaurants, etc) anywhere? Like the free tourist maps some countries have.

I got mine from Bamboo Corner, Poppies 1 - also recommend eating there. Great Indo food 10k-15k.

2. Taxi counter still on right outside door of terminal? Cost to Kuta?
Yep, cost 50k-60k for a prepaid cab.

3. Any places to eat that we really shouldn't miss (apart from La Lucciola)?

As I said before - Bamboo corner on Poppies 1. Between TJ's and Fat Yogi cottages. Great indo food, always packed but still quick service and quick meals. Our go-to place for lunch and dinner.

I just had dinner at Alleycats (behind Twice Bar on Poppies 2) and the meal was fantastic and really well priced. Pity about all of the noisy bogans (I'm a quiet bogan).

Also Un's Restaurant just off Poppies 1, great Italian food and frozen margaritas 40k-70k.

4. We got some jackets made at Rizki in Poppies last time, still there?
No idea, but there's plenty of other good ones around the area.
