where to buy silk / plastic frangipanis?

Hi

Wondering if anyone knows where I can buy either silk frangipanis, or those soft plastic ones they use for hair elastic/clips (without the clip or elastic attached)?

Any help would be much appreciated. I need these for decorations for a Bali theme celebration back home.
