We've stayed at the Dynasty numerous times and have never been refused entry to their restaurants because we've been wearing singlets.
Oh and just to give you peace of mind, the so-called bogans that sit around the pool all day are few and far between - the majority of people there are families having fun with their kids, not drunken bums that sit at a pool bar all day and ignore their kids as people will lead you to believe. Unfortunately the Dynasty has gotten this reputation in the past few years but I've come to realise that it's not full of bogans, nor will a swarm of bintangs-wearing hooligans attack you the minute you step foot in the pool area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again with our kids, it's a beautiful hotel and the staff are lovely.
