Seriously though my tip for finding it in a taxi is to tell them Mertasari Beach then when he turns (right or left!) at the big tree in the middle of the road you just look out for the little hotel sign on the left half way between the road and the beach.
The street name is Jln. Tirta Empul but when we say these words we mangle them so badly that what the driver hears is "blah blah blah blah blah blah".
