There are lots of places to buy silver in Ubud. Don't overlook the Ubud markets. The silver there is genuine, but older styles. I buy lots from there. The shops in the road that runs from Monkey forest Road past the top of the soccer ground are excellent too. In fact this is a wonderful shopping and eating street. If your silver goes black try using one of those blue cloths that are impregnated with silver cleaner. You can buy them in Australia in the supermarket. As a last resort use toothpaste! Don't miss out on all that gorgeous silver!!
