Cheap phone calls to Australia

I was in Bali 2 years ago and used a local sim card to call Australia nearly every day.

I can't remember the brand of sim card but I was able to get cheap phone calls to Australia (around 1,000rp per minute) if I used a dedicated set of prefix numbers before I called the Australian number.

Can anyone tell me if this is still possible to do?
What is the brand of sim and what is the prefix of numbers?
