I was in Bali in November, spent many hours over 2 days looking and went to many shops who said they could supply but could not.
90% of bali flags and others only have the emblem/sign/picture etc on one side. They DO NOT bleed though to the back side so I gave it away as a joke. Only one shop went close and that was a shop in Tegallong strip. I even took a sample flag and that did not help.
I have just ordered from China and the result was excellent. Sample pictures went backwards and forwards many time to get it right. Nothing was enough trouble and communication was excellent. They will/can make any shape or size.
