We spent 6 nights in a standard room in the Melasti Tuban in October - the room was large the breakfast fine and staff very nice it has 2 swimming pools and is in a great location for your shopping and dining. Our AC was not up to scratch and we were given a fan which broke down and had to staff pester for a replacement - evidently the AC was a problem elsewhere as I overheard several people at the desk complaining. Friends had the deluxe room which was really huge a 3rd bed could be dropped down from the wall if required and their was AC excellent - room 208 if I recall. For the money location and amenities it was good - bathrooms a bit tired and towels a bit thin but no big deal for $55 a night my tip go deluxe for $64
